1) Product returns are accepted within 15 business days from the date indicated on the sales receipt.

2) The product must be in its original packaging and unused.

3) Refunds will always be made in the same way that the payment was made

Returns Process

1) If you are near our store, you can visit the store and after the condition of the product is checked by the competent employee, the product will be credited or the amount paid will be refunded.

2) If you receive via a courier company, complete the online Return Form in which you provide us with the reason and the way in which you wish us to resolve the financial outstanding matter, which you will find in the “my account” section by reviewing your order. Repack the product so that it is protected during shipping and place it in its original bag. Call the corresponding courier agency from which you received your order to request a pickup. Finally, send the package, to the attention of the Returns Department. Please note that return costs are borne by the customer unless the order is incorrect or the product is defective.
