“Waiting for preparation”: Your order is in the product collection stage at our warehouse.

“Shipping”: The products in the order have been collected and have been dispatched for shipment to your location.

“Delivered”: The products in the order have been delivered to your location or to the agency of your choice.

Return – Replacement of Products

You have the right to return the products you received within 3 business days of receipt, if and as long as the packaging has not been opened or tampered with, and always accompanied by the retail receipt or the invoice that has been issued. In order to return a product, you must first inform us of its return to our e-mail info@sash.gr and the return costs are borne exclusively by the customer. In the case of defective products, the return costs are borne by our store.

When the payment for the order has been made by cash on delivery or by deposit into a bank account, the refund is made by depositing the money into a bank account that you will show us, within 15 days.

If the payment has been made by credit card, please contact us in order to cancel the transaction via bank.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order in the following cases:

Before completing your order, during the online ordering process, you can click the “Cancel” button located at the bottom left of your screen. By clicking this button, the order process is automatically interrupted.

Attention! In case of payment by credit card, cash is not refunded but the refund is made through the Bank to your credit card.

In any case and for all the above cases, the maximum cancellation period cannot be extended beyond ten (10) calendar days from the date of receipt.

Shipping Costs

There are 2 shipping methods:

Courier

For small volume and weight parcels, shipping can be done by courier. The shipping cost is set at —-€ for parcels up to 5 kg, with delivery in Attica. For delivery in the province, the shipping cost is set at —-€, except for hard-to-reach areas, where the charge varies and we will contact you for information. For bulky packages, the weight is calculated using a specific formula: length X height X width: 5000=kg.

Cash on delivery is charged an additional €7.00.

Delivery takes place in 2-5 business days.

Shipping company

For heavy or bulky packages, it is recommended to ship with a shipping agency, where the charge is set at —€ for small-volume packages (e.g. pumps, generators) and at —-€ for large-volume packages (e.g. excavators)

When shipping with an agency, cash on delivery cannot be selected as a payment method.

Payment is made only by deposit into our bank accounts or via credit card.

Delivery takes place in 1-3 business days for immediately available products.

In case your order includes products that are expected, your order will be delivered when we receive the expected items. We will contact you to inform you about the times of collection from our suppliers and delivery to your home.

Order delay

Your order may be delayed for the following reasons:

The product has been delayed in being sent by our supplier: In order to be able to offer you very competitive prices, we order our products from a very wide range of suppliers, either domestic or international. However, there are cases of products whose order may be “stuck” at customs or in their transport, as a result of which we do not have them in our warehouses when we estimate. In such a case, we will contact you to ask if you want us to deliver the order without the specific product or to suggest an alternative.

The product you ordered has already been discontinued and is not available: Among the thousands of products we display in our online store, there are rare cases where their supplier suddenly and without warning announces that they are discontinuing them. In this case, an employee of our company will contact you immediately to provide you with all the alternative solutions.

In periods of extreme weather events or strikes as well as in any case of force majeure, which may affect the transport and delivery of your order.

In the event that it is impossible to contact you by telephone and/or by e-mail (if a problem occurs with your order, either in relation to the product or in relation to its payment) because, for example, the contact information you have registered is not correctly updated.

Applicable Law

The above terms and conditions as well as any amendment, change or alteration thereof are governed and supplemented by Greek law, European Union law and relevant international treaties. Any provision of the above terms that becomes contrary to law shall automatically cease to be valid and shall be removed from this without in any way affecting the validity of the other terms. This constitutes a comprehensive agreement between the sash.gr website and the visitor to its pages and services and shall bind only them.
